10 Days Exchange Policy
Exchange:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, stained, defected, or incomplete.
- The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
- The product received does not match the size ordered.
- For products purchased directly from our website Items must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and a full refund.
- Customer’s have to pay the courier charges or any exchange charges are to be paid by the customer.
- Your exchange can be coordinated via email (contact@zidanfashion.com) or you can call us at 03001228848 between 10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Claims and exchanges may take up to 6-7 Days to be processed.
Note: Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
When will my Exchange be processed?
- We aim to process all Exchange with 5-7 working days of receipt.
- During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your Exchange to be processed.
